IMD SUPPORT CENTER-Trained personnel to help you when you need it.

One of the MD.2 system's most important features is its built-in monitoring capability. MD.2 is directly connected via your phone line to the IMD Support Center, which plays an integral role in monitoring medication compliance, alerting caregivers, conducting nightly system quality checks, and providing answers to programming and other technical questions.

Staffed by trained personnel, the Support Center is available to answer your questions and provide technical support.

Please have your MD.2 SERIAL NUMBER when you call. The serial number is located on the inside of the locked cabinet and on the bottom of the MD.2 system.
