Is MD.2+ easy to install and use?

Yes. Simply plug the MD.2+ into your current phone line then call the support center to set up the unit.

How far can I go from MD.2+ and still call the monitoring center?

MD.2+ works anywhere throughout a typical house or apartment setting.

Can I get the pendant wet?

Yes. The pendants used by MD.2+ are guaranteed to be waterproof

What happens when the individual presses the button on the pendant?

MD.2+ immediately contacts the 24/7 monitoring center. Once contacted, a trained representative will initiate a two-way voice conversation with the respondent via the speakerphone in MD.2+ (behind the front grill). Based on the severity of the situation, the appropriate help, be it a neighbor, relative or emergency personnel, will be dispatched. The representative will stay on the line to insure appropriate help has arrived.
