The IMD Mission
Interactive Medical Developments creates and markets medication compliance systems that help individuals and their caregivers better manage medications that stabilize and improve health and independence.
The Company
Interactive Medical Developments was founded in 1998 by a group of concerned physicians, health care professionals, and engineers to address the problems of medication compliance in the health care industry.
Its flagship product, MD.2, addresses medication compliance issues by providing an easy-to-use, reliable, user-friendly medication delivery system that simplifies medication organization and delivery, reminds individuals to dispense their medications on schedule, and monitors compliance.
Over the past two years, IMD has exhaustively and successfully tested an initial prototype of the MD.2 system with individuals who face medication compliance issues. Building on that success, IMD is launching MD.2 to health care professionals, senior living facilities, individuals and caregivers.
